Job Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business goals.
✅ Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure high service standards.
✅ Handle inventory, stock management, and vendor coordination.
✅ Implement business strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
✔ Strong team management and leadership skills.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
✔ Ability to drive sales and meet targets effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹50,000 + Incentives (Up to ₹70,000)
